The Mezzanine Apartments

Our service package includes a nurse monitored medication program, in-house physician visits, assistance with showers, laundry and housekeeping, wellness checks, three nutritious meals, and an endless array of activities Residents receive one, convenient monthly bill that covers rent, food, programs, utilities and our service package.

Pets are welcome at The Mezzanine, but they must be a small, domesticated animal (service animals are exempt), such as a dog, cat, bird, rodent, fish or turtle. Residents must register their pets and pay a one-time pet security deposit.

 

The Mezzanine Community

There is an easily accessible dining room on each floor, creating a comfortable, intimate setting. Three nutritious meals a day plus snacks are served. Residents can enjoy gardening and beautiful views from the large patio located outside The Mezzanine.

The Mezzanine residents enjoy numerous pleasant and attractive common areas. The comfortably furnished penthouse with its own kitchen and deck is an ideal place for entertaining large or small groups. We recently renovated our garden areas to create perfect spots for relaxing or visiting with friends. Other amenities include extensive outdoor patios, walkways and gardens, computer labs, a library, maintenance services, and social, educational, cultural and wellness opportunities.
