Apartments at Flatirons Terrace range from 720-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath units to 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath units. High-speed Internet is available in each apartment as an optional amenity. Flatirons Terrace has 63 underground parking places and surface parking around the building. All apartments feature full kitchens with energy-efficient appliances, walk-in closets and attached patios or balconies. Rents are market rate and vary with size and location of the units. For your safety, each apartment is equipped with an emergency pendant and pull cords.

Pets are welcome at Flatirons Terrace, but they must be a small domesticated animal (service animals are exempt), such as a dog, cat, bird, rodent, fish or turtle. Residents must register their pets and pay a one-time pet security deposit.
