Community Life at The Towers

The Towers’ residents enjoy the ambiance of numerous pleasant and attractive common areas throughout the building. The comfortably furnished penthouse with its own kitchen and deck is an ideal place for entertaining groups. We recently renovated our garden areas to create perfect spots for relaxing or visiting with friends. Our beautifully decorated dining room is the focal point of many social occasions. Other amenities include extensive outdoor patios, walkways and gardens; computer labs; a library; housekeeping; maintenance services; and social, educational, cultural and wellness opportunities.

Programs and events

While residents often gather on their own to play games, talk, or begin activities, residents at The Towers can participate in programs and activities across the campus, such as resident council meetings, informational presentation, coffee and discussion groups, craft and exercise classes, bridge group, writing group and knitting group.

Residents as Volunteers

The residents of The Towers at Golden West are very involved in their community. Various volunteer opportunities are available for our residents within our buildings, including resident council, art committee, floor representative, program committee, newsletter committee, librarian and many more.

Residents of The Towers at Golden West are also active in the Boulder community-at-large. Residents volunteer at places like Boulder Community Hospital, University of Colorado, Boulder County Hospice and Rocky Mountain Climber's Club.
