Floor Plans at The Towers

The Towers at Golden West offer a vibrant community lifestyle, where residents enjoy privacy and opportunities to gather with friends and family. Each floor includes a public place to gather, while large common areas are available for special events.

The Towers feature studio or one-bedroom independent living rental apartments. All have wall-to-wall windows that highlight the expansive views. Each apartment has individually controlled thermostats and an emergency call system. All utilities, phone and cable television services are included in one convenient monthly bill.

All of The Towers’ apartments have a full kitchen, a large storage area, ample closet space and an entry hall for privacy. Rent includes one meal daily in the central dining room.

Pets are welcome at The Towers, but they must be a small domesticated animal (service animals are exempt), such as a dog, cat, bird, rodent, fish or turtle. Residents must register their pets and pay a one-time pet security deposit.
