Built before Boulder's 50-foot height restriction was adopted, The Towers at Golden West, our income-restrictive apartments are distinctive in the surrounding landscape. We overlook the University of Colorado campus, the city of Boulder and the stately Flatirons. Our 255 independent living apartments offer some of the best views in town!

The Towers feature studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All have wall-to-wall windows that highlight spectacular Boulder views. Each unit has individually controlled thermostats, air conditioning, an emergency call system, full kitchens, a large storage area, plus ample closet space. All utilities, rent and one meal in our dining room each day are included in one convenient monthly bill.

Our residents also have access to wonderfully maintained garden areas, walking paths and plentiful outdoor seating. Our central tower provides a rooftop terrace to soak up the sunshine, eat a brown bag lunch or have a chef-prepared dinner. The programs department is always striving to provide new and exciting oportunities and adventures for you. Residents can take a trip to the local museums, catch dinner and a show, or stay in for movie and popcorn night.

Golden West is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our residents.

We invite you to tour The Towers and have lunch or dinner at your convenience. For more information call (303) 444-3967.
