Flatirons Terrace is a comfortable home environment for older adults who want more time for hobbies, passions and companionship. And while the details are subtle, our design features are meant for seniors: walk-in showers and closets, accessible doorways, extensive use of natural light, user-friendly cabinet and door handles and much more.
Flatirons Terrace is a multistory, urban feel, row house design with natural colors and brick, and details found in the Arts and Crafts architectural movement. Interior design follows a Craftsman motif, with warm-colored woods and paint colors and handcrafted details that provide a comfortable feeling of home.
The floor plans below show the variety of one and two bedroom apartments that we have to offer at Flatirons Terrace. Prices include phone, cable, utilities and one meal a day.
