Independent living at Golden West

Independent living for seniors is one of the fastest growing areas of retirement living today, as seniors look to leave behind the responsibilities of home ownership and seek new friendships among peers. Boulder is a great place to enjoy this retirement lifestyle. Golden West offers two independent living options—The Towers at Golden West and Flatirons Terrace at Golden West.

The Towers have 255 independent living one-bedroom and studio apartments. Flatirons Terrace has 54 independent living apartments located on the southwest corner of the Golden West campus. These new, larger living units are non-subsidized and priced at market rates.
