The Towers at Golden West

Built before the city of Boulder’s 50-foot height restriction was adopted, The Towers at Golden West are distinctive in Boulder’s landscape for their profile overlooking the University of Colorado campus. As a result, The Towers—including the 14-story South Tower and the 11-story Central Tower—offer some of the best views in town. The Towers include 255 independent living apartments, all of which are income-restricted.

The Towers feature studio or one-bedroom independent living rental apartments. All have wall-to-wall windows that highlight the expansive views. Each apartment has individually controlled thermostats and an emergency call system. All utilities, phone and cable television services are included in one convenient monthly bill.

All of The Towers’ apartments have a full kitchen, a large storage area plus ample closet space and an entry hall for privacy. Resident rent includes one meal daily in the central dining room. There are also small sitting areas on each floor for neighbors to gather.
